Can I only attend the Exhibition, and not the Conference?

Absolutely. You could register as a visitor for free via this link:

Could you please provide me with the invitation letter for a business visa to Spain?

We could not provide the invitation letter for business visa to Spain. We would like to sincerely recommend that you consider applying for a tourist visa. Based on past experiences, obtaining a tourist visa has proven to be relatively easier and more cost-effective compared to business visas.

Can I bring Food and beverage into the venue?

All food and beverages in the hall can only be offered by the catering supplier. If you would like food and beverage during the event, please contact:

Is there Wi-Fi at the Hall?

IFEMA will provide 2Mbps free Wi-Fi (for basic web browsing and email checking). If your technical connection requires the deployment of your own Wi-Fi network, please order the service on the webshop.

What is the deadline to register to exhibit for the Connecting Green Hydrogen Europe 2024?

The deadline to register to exhibit is May 20th, 2024. Please note, the booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

Will food be provided for attendees during the event?

We provide morning coffee, lunch, and a cocktail reception exclusively for those with a delegate or speaker pass.

Exhibitor Services

What is the Exhibitor Portal?

The main purpose of the Exhibitor Portal is to collect the name on the fascia board (exclusive to the exhibitors whoes booth type is shell scheme), billing information, exhibitor pass information, your booth contractor and custom booth design(exclusive to the exhibitors who worked with an external booth contractor).

How can I access the Exhibitor Portal?

After you confirm the booth with our sales, they will send you an email including the link to your exclusive portal. If you have not received your exhibitor Portal, please contact your sales.

How can I access the CGHE2024 Webshop to order?

  1. Open your exhibitor portal and fill in the billing information on the “Update Contact & Billing Details” Page.

  2. You will receive an email from IFEMA with the account number and password to access the webshop in one week. The email will also include the link to the webshop.

  3. Log in to the webshop and place your order. The invoice will be issued automatically based on the billing information you enter in the Exhibitor Portal.

Are there order deadlines for booth services?

The deadline for ordering services via the webshop without additional charge is 24 May.

The deadline for ordering services via the webshop with a 25% surcharge is 17 June.

The deadline for ordering booth catering services is 17 June.

To avoid additional charges, we recommend that you confirm all of your service orders before the deadline.

If I have a shell scheme booth but do not want the fascia board, how can I proceed?

If you do not require the fascia board, please leave the 'company name' under the checklist in the Exhibitor Portal blank. Or you can also tell your sales that you do not want the fascia board.

If I encounter any issues with my booth, who can I ask for assistance?

During the setup and dismantling, IFEMA provides exhibitor support services in our Exhibitior service desk located in between the Halls 6&8, although these are more oriented towards the hiring of additional services.

If I am working with an external booth contractor, what should I pay attention to?

1. Specify your booth contractor and upload your booth design (PDF format) for approval in your own Exhibitor Portal (Addtional Information section) before April 20th. The team will contact you if there is any questions regarding to your booth design.

2. Fill in the billing information in your Exhibitor Portal and Pay the Free Design Approval Process Fee which is 27€/sqm (excluding tax) in the webshop before 20 April. As the external stand builder may not be very familiar with the venue regulations, this process is necessary to ensure the safety of exhibition.

How do I register for Exhibitor Passes for my booth staff?

Register for your Exhibitor Passes in the Exhibitor Portal. The exhibitor passes will be allocated based on the size of your booth.

What is the difference between an Exhibitor Pass, Delegate Pass, Speaker Pass, and Visitor Wristband, and what does each pass include?

Exhibitor Pass
Each exhibiting company is entitled to free exhibitor passes. The amount of free exhibitor badges is determined by your booth size. The exhibitor passes allow access to only the exhibition area on the setup day, event day and dismantle day. Please confirm the exhibitor passes in your Exhibitor Portal.

Delegate Pass & Speaker Pass
Delegate passes and speaker passes allow access to all activities of Connecting Green Hydrogen Europe 2024 except Masterclass. You could purchase the delagate pass via this link:https://www.europe.gh2events.com/registration

Visitor Wristband
The visitor wristbands allow access to only the exhibition area on the event day. Please secure your attendance via this link: https://www.europe.gh2events.com/registration
